Short dresses are hugely popular but they don't usually look quite like this with its assymetric draping, ruching and puffball skirt with a bow and tails sat on one side. You'd have to be either very confident or outstounding in the gene pool to pull it off. Could you? Would you want to? Yay or Nay and I'll reveal the designer next week if you haven't already guessed.
