Alber Elbaz decided to design a line of bridal gowns for Lanvin. But Collection Blanche is not an usual bridal collection but almost a little tongue-in-cheek – instead of classic styles, the Elbaz bride has a sense of humour and a huge doze of nonconformism.

The materials remain decadent silks, washed faille, silk tulle, taffeta, lace and chiffon, the collection includes a kaftan, a trench, a tulle cardigan and many other styles that break the rules of conformity for a bride on her wedding day
